Storage
To ensure maximum freshness and flavour, we recommend refrigerating your plant milk as soon as you receive it, as it contains NO preservatives or additives.
Once refrigerated, store your plant milk between 1-4 degrees Celsius for up to 4 days only at the inside of your fridge, please do not store this near your fridge door area. This helps to retain its optimum freshness, ensuring that you enjoy the best possible taste and quality. Don't forget to give your plant milk a good shake before consuming to ensure that all of the natural ingredients are well mixed.
By refrigerating your plant milk upon receiving, you're taking an important step towards preserving its quality and taste.
Delivery
Tuesday & Thursday (5-9pm).
We do not deliver on Public Holidays. Should your order delivery fall on a public holiday, kindly note that we will send it to you on our next delivery day.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15, orders above $90 enjoy FREE delivery
Unsuccessful Delivery/Redeliveries/ Refunds
Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive your order(s) as they do not contain preservatives and is highly perishable, we won’t be able to place it at your door without a recipient and that will be considered an unsuccessful delivery where NO REFUNDS will be made. All redeliveries are chargeable at a different rate quoted based on the availability of our 3rd party logistics partner and will be borne fully by the customer.
